Welcome to The Knights of Veracity and PCJ Media, LLC(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital courses, and community forums (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed for a one-month
subscription. All purchases are final. Your monthly subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis, unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current term. Cancel at any time in Account Settings at no additional cost; your subscription will cease
at the end of the current term and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any period remaining in your subscription. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal contract between You and Us and govern Your use of this website, the digital products, and the community forum, that We may
provide through any of Our websites (“Services”), and all text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs and more that We and Our affiliates may make available to You (all of which We refer to as “Materials”). Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, references to the “Service” include all of Our websites and the Services.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree to use the Service for individual purposes ("Permitted Purposes”).
2. License and Use of Digital Products
Knights of Veracity and all digital products, including name, course materials, downloads, and other content, are owned by PCJ Media LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services, including the course content and community forum, for your personal, non-commercial use only (“Permitted
Purposes”).
You may not:
• Download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• Share access, materials, or content with others
• Resell or sublicense the product
• Upload materials to other platforms or any third-party
• Reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit or manipulate any of the
Service or Materials in any manner
Your right to use the Materials is conditioned on Your compliance with these Terms. You
have no other rights in the Service or any Materials. If You breach any of these Terms,
the license initially granted to you will terminate automatically and You must immediately
destroy any downloaded or printed Materials (and any copies thereof whether in printed,
digital or electronic or other format(s)).
3. Community Forum Conduct
You agree to:
• Treat all members respectfully
• Not post harmful, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Not use the forum for spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Not share any personal or identifying information on the forum
• Not share or repost any information collected from the forum to any third party
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate forum access and the limited license to
our Service at our discretion.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to any refund or credit once digital delivery and/or digital access has started.
5. Privacy and Data Protection (CCPA Compliance)
We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information comply with the
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For details on how we collect, store, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

state law. Other trademarks, names and logos on the Service are the property of their
respective owners.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all Materials, including the arrangement of
them on the Service, are Our sole property. All rights not expressly granted herein are
reserved. Except as otherwise required or limited by applicable law, any reproduction,
distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication of any copyrighted material is
strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner or license.
7. Using this Website and the Service
In order to access our Services and Materials offered on and through the Knights of
Veracity Website and the community forum, You must successfully register an account
with Us.
If You want an account with Us, You must submit the following information through the
account registration area: A working email address; First and last name; Billing and
Mailing Address(es); Preferred username and password. You may also provide
additional, optional information so that We can provide You a more customized
experience when using the Service. For so long as You use the account, You agree to
provide true, accurate, current, and complete information which can be accomplished by
logging into Your account and making the relevant changes. And, if You forget Your
password – no worries as We will happily send a password update to Your provided
email address.
You are responsible for complying with these Terms when You access any part of the
Service. Because it is Your account, it is Your job to obtain and maintain all equipment
and services needed for access to and use of This Service as well as paying related
charges. It is also Your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of Your password(s),
including any password of any third-party site that We may allow You to use to access
the Service. Should You believe Your password or security for This Service has been
breached in any way, You must immediately notify Us.
8. Auto-renewal monthly subscriptions.
By registering for an account with Us, You become a “Subscriber” with access to certain
password-restricted areas of the Service and to use certain Services and Materials
offered on and through the Service (a “Subscription”). Each Subscription and the rights
and privileges provided to each Subscriber are personal and non-transferable. All
payments of Subscription fees are non-refundable subject to applicable law. Each
subscription is for a period of one-month commencing upon payment and for a 30-day
period thereafter.
You may pay for Your Subscription fees only with accepted payment methods through
our website. We will charge Your offered method of payment for Your first Subscription
fee on the date that We process Your order for Your Subscription and will be
automatically each month for the auto-renewal unless otherwise cancelled on the
website. Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed for a one-month
subscription. All purchases are final. Your monthly subscription automatically renews on
a monthly basis, unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current term.
Cancel at any time in Account Settings at no additional cost; your subscription will cease
at the end of the current term and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
ON EACH MONTHLY ANNIVERSARY OF YOUR BILLING DATE THAT WE CHARGE
YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND, AS
AUTHORIZED BY YOU DURING THE MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP PROCESS, WE WILL
CHARGE YOUR OFFERED METHOD OF PAYMENT WITH THE APPLICABLE
SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY SALES OR SIMILAR TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED
ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAYMENT (UNLESS YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE
RENEWAL DATE). EACH SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL PERIOD IS FOR ONE MONTH.
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE
THE RENEWAL PERIOD. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL
ENJOY YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF
THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID, AND
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE THEN-
CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
You are responsible for paying any and all applicable sales and use taxes for the
purchase of Your Subscription based on the mailing address that You provide when You
register as a Subscriber, and You authorize US to charge Your method of payment for
any such applicable taxes.
The following Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms will apply:
By purchasing a monthly subscription to our digital course and community platform
(“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Auto-Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew every month on the calendar day
corresponding to your initial purchase date (“Billing Date”), unless you cancel at least 24
hours prior to the next Billing Date.
You authorize The Knights of Veracity and PCJ Media, LLC to automatically charge the
same payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee, plus any taxes, on
each renewal date.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account and
following the cancellation instructions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours
before the next Billing Date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your
current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again and/or suspend access
to the Services until payment is successfully processed.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice via
email or platform notice. Continued use of the Services after the price change becomes
effective constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
9. Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to Your use of the Service. We may
suspend or terminate Your account and/or access to the Service if Your payment is late
and/or Your offered payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay)
cannot be processed. By providing a payment method, You expressly authorize Us to
charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges
incurred thereto on a monthly basis.
We understand that You might cancel Your account, but please know that We will not
provide any refund(s) and You will be responsible for paying any balance due on the
account. You agree that We may charge any unpaid fees to Your provided payment
method and/or send You a bill for such unpaid fees.
10. Feedback
Any feedback that You provide to Us about the Service (e.g., comments, questions,
suggestions, materials – collectively, “Feedback”) through any communication
whatsoever (e.g., call, fax, email) and through the Community Forum will be treated as
both non-confidential and non-proprietary. You hereby assign all right, title, and interest
in, and We are free to use, without any attribution or compensation to You, any ideas,
know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights
contained in the Feedback, whether or not patentable, for any purpose whatsoever,
including but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, licensing,
marketing, and selling, directly or indirectly, products and services using such
Feedback. You understand and agree that We are not obligated to use, display,
reproduce, or distribute any such ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained
in the Feedback, and You have no right to compel such use, display, reproduction, or
distribution.
11. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, You consent to receiving electronic communications from Us.
These electronic communications may include notices about applicable fees and
charges, transactional information and other information concerning or related to the
Service. These electronic communications are part of Your relationship with Us. You
agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that We send
You electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such
communications be in writing.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCJ Media LLC, its affiliates,
officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising
out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms. You agrees to defend Us,
our affiliates, and respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, partners,
employees and licensees, and each of Our successors and permitted assigns
(collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) and hold each of them harmless from and
against any and all claims and demands (collectively, “Claims”), brought by you or a
third party based upon or arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, out of or in
connection with breach of Your representations, warranties or obligations as provided in
these Terms. You agree to pay all damages awarded or paid in settlement of any such
Claims.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, extraordinary,
exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including injury, loss
of data, business, revenue, profits or other economic advantage) however arising or
from your use of our Services.
14. Local Laws; Export Control
We control and operate the Service from Our headquarters in the United States of
America and the entirety of the Service may not be appropriate or available for use in
other locations. If You use the Service outside the United States of America, You are
solely responsible for following applicable local laws, including but not limited to local
laws concerning online conduct and acceptable content.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet
outages, war, acts of government, or pandemics.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We may alter the Materials and
services We offer You through the Service and/or choose to modify, suspend or
discontinue the Service at any time. We may also change, update, add or remove
provisions (collectively, “modifications”) of these Terms from time to time. Changes will
be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services
after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Also, please know that these Terms may be superseded by expressly-designated legal
notices or terms of individual Services. These expressly-designated legal notices or
terms are incorporated into these Terms and supersede the provision(s) of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles.
